Paul is a product owner for the ServiceNow IT4IT team at NN. He has experience with leading infrastructure, middleware and applicative related migrations and new projects, both in national and international settings. Furthermore Paul has deep knowledge about managing and designing IT and ITIL processes, such as Configuration, Change, Incident, Project management and Portfolio management. Currently Paul is focusing on Agiel/DevOps developments
